The challenge
House-clearance customers search urgently and locally, often by district, and they call whoever looks trustworthy and gives a clear price first.
The site needed to rank for service and district searches across Göttingen and convert on the first visit.
What we built
Conversion-first homepage
A fixed-price promise, click-to-call and a short quote form above the fold, with a reply-within-two-hours commitment.
Service pages
Five pages, one per service people search for: household clearance, flat clearance, cellar clearance, estate clearance and bulky-waste disposal.
District pages
Six pages for Göttingen districts (Weende, Nikolausberg, Innenstadt, Herberhausen, Grone, Geismar) with district-specific content, not copy-paste doorway pages.
Pricing page
A dedicated costs page that answers the first question every customer has.
Structured data
LocalBusiness with service area and geo-coordinates, plus FAQPage markup.
Legal compliance
German Impressum and privacy pages, the local equivalent of the company-information and privacy pages Japanese sites need.
Why it matters for your business
This is the same local playbook we use in Japan for Noda, Kashiwa and the surrounding cities: one page per service, genuinely local area pages, clear prices, schema, and a contact route on every screen. It works in any language.
