Pricing questions
Are prices fixed?
Yes. After a discovery call we send a written quote with a fixed scope and price. If the scope changes, we agree the change in writing before any extra work.
Do prices include consumption tax?
No. Prices on this site exclude Japanese consumption tax (10%), which is added on the invoice.
Who issues the invoice?
Mirai Trading LLC, the company that operates Chenab Digital. We issue qualified invoices under Japan's invoice system.
How are ad management fees calculated?
Google, Yahoo! JAPAN and Meta ads are managed for 20% of your monthly ad spend, with a minimum of ¥50,000 a month. This is the standard model in Japan, so our fee grows only when your budget does.
Is ad spend included in ad management fees?
No. Ad spend is paid directly to Google, Yahoo! JAPAN or Meta from your own account. Our fee covers management.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer in Japan. For one-off projects we usually invoice 50% at the start and 50% at launch.
